– Living Room & Dining : Large couch & Queen Sized Air mattress available for extra sleeping space
– Master Bedroom: King sized bed, seating area, small fridge, TV, En-suite bathroom (shower/Tub)
– Bedroom #2 : Bunk Bed (Twin top & Full sized Bottom), wall to wall closet
– Bedroom #3: Queen Sized Bed , wall-to- wall closet

Paper Towels : We’re environmental friendly, we only provide reusable microfiber wipes. Feel free to bring your own

BBQ GRILL:The home DOESN’T come with Free full Propane tanks. Guests will be responsible to refill them for their own personal usage as owners don’t live in the property . Thank you!

– Please DO NOT park blocking the driveway on the left side (where the yard is) of the house

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can sometimes accomodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb’s terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee starting in the first hour: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.
