Do not use to wipe make-up or other things. Stains on towels that aren't removable will charge guests $ to replace - DO NOT throw anything else in the toilet beside toilet papers - CHECK-IN Time begins at 4pm. With respect to our housekeeping and their schedules, NO early check-in or late checkout unless is prearranged or prepaid in advance. No Exceptions! - ALL properties are Non-smoking. Should guest or their invitees smoke inside the property Guest will be charge $200 to DEODORIZE the rooms - Lock all doors when leaving premises. Neither Agent nor the Owner will be held liable for any theft of valuables - Property is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Property is provided with a starter set of the following items: toilet tissue, trash liners, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash , & body lotion. Thereafter, guests are responsible for their own consumables - Neither Agent not the Owner will be held liable for any accident or injury that may occur to Guest or their invitees during occupancy in or on the -One final note, We wanted to provide a quick reminder about the City of San Diego Short Term Rental ordinance - the order prohibits any type of social gatherings in the home. Guests will face fines of $3,000 per event and $500 per attendee if they're found in violation of the ordinance.
