– STREET PARKING ONLY
– pet fee : $100-$250 (no cats)
– This house is located on the Main Street so there will be some street noise
– The house is the first house on the right after you drive up the curvy road. Please make sure you turn on your right signal so other cars can slow down
– Laundry room is attached to the house in the front. To get there you need to go into there backyard. You can use the laundry room 10am-9pm. Please reach out to me so I can arrange with front house guests
-We kindly ask all guests to throw ONLY toilet paper in our toilet since we have sensitive plumbing system
– Please DO NOT use the private backyard that belongs to the front house.
-Any cleaning issues please allow us to solve right away while you are still there, you don’t have to wait until after checkout. Thank you!

NO Paper towels will be provided but we provide reusable wipes to clean up after yourself in the kitchen. Thank you!

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can sometimes accomodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb’s terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee starting in the first hour: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.
