The space

Welcome to my TRUE 3 Bedroom /3 Baths top unit in a Duplex home. It has been tastefully renovated with some modern finishes throughout the house. Each Bedroom has its own bathroom for those who are looking for extra privacy. You will enjoy downtown San Diego view in my living room and street views from the bedrooms. Great Ceiling fan in each room and living space but No AC
– There is a Set of stairs to get in the unit so would not recommended for elderly and young kids
