Please note that there is a keg in the kitchen that is not for guest use. Any use/misuse of the keg will result in a fine!
Shared laundry: our guest in the studio next to the garage will also have access to the laundry room

There is a guesthouse on the ground floor that attached to the garage with totally SEPARATE entrance

We are Dogs friendly but guests must pay Pet Fee ($150) for registered pets. For Unregistered pet(s) $250 per pet


We are dogs friendly but please try to keep your dog (s) off the couches and beds to avoid extra cleaning for hair removal fee

Just a reminder there is a 10pm noise ordinance and there are guest living next to you and under the balcony. Please be respectful and enjoy your stay. We have a very strict no partying policy. Any partying will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund and $1000 fine.

GARAGE/GATE REMOTE: $150 charge if LOST

As the majority of the greater downtown SD area, we are on a flight path. Although it is convenient to have our airport downtown, it makes a lot of San Diego’s urban areas on the flight path!
