The space

This recently constructed and remodeled guest suite, at 1300 sq. ft. is spacious and professionally decorated with a tasteful coastal vibe. Designed with eco friendly features such as solar power (with Tesla batteries the entire home has been “off the grid” since 1/22) and environmentally friendly cleaning and shower products. There is ample free public parking on the street in front of the house. We have books and games, beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella and beach towels- everything you need for an enjoyable day at the beach.

Please note that you must climb stairs from the street level to get up to the door/entrance to unit, this is the only way to enter, please see listing photos. Also note there is no AC, which generally isn’t an issue on the coast. We have fans.

Guest access

Ample free public parking in front of the house on the street. There are stairs to enter, but the space itself is a single level.

We love furry friends, but this is a NO PETS Home due to the severe allergies of someone who lives at the property. We are sorry, but we are unable to host any animals, and as per AirBnB policy, we have confirmed that due to the allergy the no pet policy does include service and emotional support animals. Please feel free to review this policy and the guidelines for Health and Safety concerns on the Airbnb website under Policies and Rules for Pets by clicking the “learn more” tab or contact AirBnB.

You must climb stairs (pictured in listing photos) from the street level to get up to the door/entrance to unit. There is no other way to enter the apartment so you must climb stairs.

NO AC, but each room has wonderful ceiling fan

The property owners live onsite in the upper level of home and have a separate entrance. The guest suite occupies the entire bottom half of the home with its own entrance.
