– The Masterbedroom is connected to the third bedroom by a French door (where the bunk bed is)
– The back bedrooms are attached to another separate unit on top
– Trash Bins are in the back of the driveway
– For Safety reason, we provide Clothing Steamer only (Not Iron)
– We are environmentally friendly, we only provide Reusable Wipes (Not paper towels) for you to cleanup after yourself
– Please Clean up the Grill after each use
– Street parking only (would not be hard to find)

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can sometimes accomodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb’s terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee starting in the first hour: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.
